Shipping Policy

COVID-19 Shipping Delays

While we are as committed as ever to being a part of healthy lifestyles, we also understand that we are in unprecedented times. We are doing our best to maintain our shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping. 


If you need your order within 1 to 3 business days, we recommend Express Shipping.



Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you refuse any shipments from House of Liz Renee, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.


International Shipping
International Express Shipping 3 to 7 Business Days

International Priority Shipping 10 to 21 Business Days


Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving order @ so we may address the issue.

We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. We inspect every single item that comes through our establishment to try to avoid such issues as much as possible.

Lost Packages

House of Liz Renee is not responsible for lost packages due to USPS, UPS, DHL or FED EX error. House of Liz Renee does not issue refunds.

When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days of purchase unless we have an issue with your order or need additional verification. You will automatically receive an e-mail when your order has shipped. It will contain a tracking number that you can use to go online and track the status of your shipment.

All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

*Signature is NOT required upon delivery of packages unless otherwise noted at purchase. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to retrieve your package. If USPS attempts delivery with Signature Request and you are not available, please report to your local USPS office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.

What shipping methods do you use? How much is shipping?
​ We offer standard flat rate shipping for $9.95. Most of our packages are sent out via the United States Postal Service and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

For expedited shipping within the continental United States, we offer Express shipping for $18 (price could vary) which takes 1-2 business days to arrive after it has been shipped. (Please also add 2-5 days for processing time.)

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.

Flat Rate $9.95 (3-7 Days)
USPS Express $18.00 (1-2 Days)

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Please provide an accurate, working address for us to ship your merchandise to. Please remember to include your apartment number, floor number, or any other information that is necessary to ensure that the carrier can successfully deliver your package. Refused or undeliverable packages may be subject to return shipping costs. If you would like us to re-ship a package that was returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping costs are your responsibility.
Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on the vendor. Of course you will be notified as soon as this has been made aware. All pre-orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation. Customers will be notified via email when item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are treated as all other purchases. Orders cannot be cancelled once orders are completed with an order.
