RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

What is your Return Policy?


Due to COVID-19

We are ONLY able to accept return items which are "faulty" but we are unable to make any return transaction on items for any other reason. 

We will NOT accept any returns on items! NO EXCEPTIONS , ALL SALES ARE FINAL . To ensure your best shopping experience please adhere to the products description and size charts for the appropriate selection. If you have additional questions please email to sales@houseoflizrenee.com

 

Product(s) color as seen on a monitor may vary slightly compared to actual items due to photography lighting conditions and individual screen color calibration.

 Additionally:

NO exchanges or returns will be accepted for Lip Gloss, Lip Sticks, Lip Paints, Lip Pencils, Liquid Lipsticks

as All sales are final.


What is our Exchange Policy?


Store Credit will be issued for unworn regular price merchandise ONLY that are found "faulty"!  If the item is no longer available for an exchange, a store credit will be issued for the merchandise minus shipping.  Exchanges that are a result of "faulty" ,must be returned within 5 business days from receipt. 

 

Due to COVID-19, All Regular & Sale items are final sale.

"FAULTY"  (at the fault of the merchant) items can be returned via an insured mail service of your choice to:
